Yeah, I should really post the other entries first before I get to new ones, but I am on a phone at the moment.
Besides, this one's simple-now that Leena, newly cybernetic and aware of her link to Fate, has rejoined the party, she can serve as a good insight into Lynx's mind. Here, she quickly cottons on to what Lynx is really trying to do-eliminate all demihumans.
Leena: It's an obsession for him...see, demihumans are precisely that, humans with "demi" attached. Coming back in time mutated a significant portion of life on this planet with exposure to the raw magical energies of the wounded timestream, and along with her came a bunch of sentient experiments the church of Fate had been working on. Demihumans were never supposed to exist, a wild element in Fate's calculations. So Lynx wants to remove them to spare the rest of Fate the hassle.
Cue Razzly and Tarnruff being more than a bit upset upon realizing they were accidents, but Leena and Spriggan point out all life was an accident of chemistry. They shouldn't feel too bad.
That's when Radius notices something-Balthasar, from how Guile described him, should be able to help...but he's done absolutely nothing to help during the entire adventure. He just pointed them in the general direction, and then...nothing. He just vanished. Slowly, everyone starts to recognize he hasn't been very helpful, not even present to help solve the body switch.
